We provide marketing material and support to our affiliates. We design social media posts and banners that you can use to market and promote on your platforms. These will be shared with you regularly via email and other platforms.
Payouts are only done on completed sales of products from the SHOP section. Orders and payments from the SHOP are tracked automatically on the affiliate dashboard, and any successful sale is credited to the affiliate account accordingly. We do not pay for clicks, form submissions, and website visits, only sales.
We do however also pay for direct referrals that result in successful transactions or sales.
Referrals are tracked via the contact form submissions on the website. All form submissions will be allocated to the affiliate account as a referral. Referrals only qualify for payment if the client orders and pays for one of the services available on the website. Referrals are tracked in detail via email, and all correspondence between the client and TDG is transparent to the affiliate.
We also accept and pay commissions for direct business referrals. You can contact us directly or send a client directly to us quoting your referral code, and we will honor the referral commission payment.
Payouts are done within 15-30 working days after a successful sale is completed, and only once the payment from the client has been confirmed clearly into our bank account. We reserve the right to delay or cancel a payout based on the confirmation of the customer’s payment to us.
Payouts are done to valid South African bank accounts or verified PayPal accounts only.
